1. Free consultation (30–60 minutes)
Call us, email us or use the form. We go through what bothers you and what you expect from the solution. No commitment, no invoice.
From the first call to handover and support — a clear process, a fixed price for an agreed scope and progress you can see every week. And if you are an agency or a fellow IT firm, you will find our subcontracting offer below.
We do not sell templates or an open-ended hourly account. First we agree what the system has to solve, then you get the scope, the deadline and the price — and only then does the coding start.
Call us, email us or use the form. We go through what bothers you and what you expect from the solution. No commitment, no invoice.
We map your process, your data and the systems you already use. Then we propose the shortest route to the result — sometimes that means improving what you have instead of building something new.
You receive a written scope of work, a timeline and a fixed price. Anything not in the quote is never added quietly — changes are agreed separately and always in advance.
We work in weekly cycles. At the end of each one you see a working part of the system on a test URL, not just a status update in an email.
We test the solution on real data, deploy it to production and train the people who will use it. You also receive access to the server, the database and the code.
After launch we stay available — fixes, small changes and further phases. Critical issues take priority, everything else follows the agreed arrangement.
A clearly defined scope, one price, one deadline. The most common option — you know the cost up front.
New applications, websites and implementations
An agreed amount of work each month for changes, support and further development. You set the priorities.
Companies with a system already running
Short engagements — reviewing a solution, choosing a technology, a process or security audit that ends with a list of findings ranked by severity.
When you need a second opinion, not development
We also work with agencies, freelancers and IT companies that need extra capacity or a part of a project they have no specialist for. We never approach your client behind your back — confidentiality and respect for your client relationship are a given.
We take over the backend, an integration or a whole module in your project. We talk to your project manager, not to your client.
The solution is delivered under your brand and in your design. We only add the project to our references if we agree on it.
If you build websites or do marketing and your client asks for an ERP, an integration or a Peppol connection, we cover that part.
If you send us an enquiry you do not want or cannot take on, we agree on a commission or a return favour individually.
We work on a contract for work or a framework agreement with an NDA. Technologies: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL, Odoo, Docker.
Nothing. The first call or meeting is free and non-binding — whether it is about a new project or a review of what you already have.
Yes. Short changes to an existing system and one-off consultations are a normal part of our work. There is no minimum project size; we just tell you up front whether it is worth it for you.
Projects are done for a fixed price for an agreed scope, so you never have an open-ended bill. Ongoing support and development can run on a monthly allocation. We do not publish a price list — the price follows the scope we define together.
You do. Once paid, you receive the source code and access to the server and the database, so you are not locked in with us.
Both. We are based in Dolný Kubín, we visit clients across the Orava and Liptov regions in person, and we work online with the rest of Slovakia and abroad.
Yes, as long as the project is reachable — meaning you have access to the code and the server. We start with an audit, after which you know what can be saved and what is cheaper to rebuild.
