The principles we decide by

We are not a large software house and we do not want to be one. We build custom software for small and mid-sized companies in Slovakia — for those without an IT department of their own, who still deserve a system that fits the way they actually work. These are six things we stick to even when it costs us in the short term.

1. You work directly with the person who builds it

There is nobody between you and the person writing the code. No account manager forwarding your question along. It also means we tell you when we do not have the capacity for something.

2. We do not pitch before we see the problem

We do not send offers blindly. Until we know what is actually slowing you down, we have nothing to sell — which is why the first conversation is about your work, not ours.

3. If it does not exist, we do not show it

Our portfolio and module catalogue contain only what is genuinely running in someone's operation. When we do not have something, we say so — even when it costs us the job.

4. We do not replace what works

If your accounting or production software suits you, we will not replace it. We would rather connect to it. Swapping everything at once is the most expensive and riskiest way to move forward.

5. We quote accurately, not quickly

A number off the top of the head is almost always wrong. We would rather ask a few more questions and give you a price that holds than revisit it halfway through the project.

6. We do not disappear after handover

Software is not finished on go-live day — that is when people start learning it and when it becomes clear what needs adjusting. We stay available after that.
