Custom modules for Odoo

Accounting modules for Slovakia and Czechia that Odoo Community does not ship with — plus manufacturing, construction, HR, documents, service, integrations and hospitality. All written in code, not in Studio.

Odoo 19 Community

Accounting and finance

Out of the box, Odoo Community has no Slovak or Czech statutory reports, no advance invoices and no bank statement import. These modules fill the gap — including our own reporting engine, so you pay no Enterprise licence for the statements.

Slovak invoicing

Variable, constant and specific payment symbols filled in automatically from the invoice number. Slovak invoice layout with every statutory detail and a payment QR code.

VS / KS / ŠS, Slovak layout, IBAN

Pay by Square

A QR code on the invoice that every Slovak banking app reads. Generated offline inside Odoo — no external service, no per-document fee.

QR payment, Offline generator, SPAYD fallback

Company lookup from the registry

Autocomplete from the Slovak Register of Legal Entities right in the partner name field — fills in the company ID, address and commercial register entry. No Odoo IAP account, no credits.

RPO / ORSR, No IAP credits, ID validation

Chart of accounts, SK and CZ

The full chart of accounts per the Slovak Ministry of Finance decree, VAT rates and fiscal positions for domestic, EU B2B, B2C and non-EU trade. Company and tax ID validation on the partner.

Chart of accounts, Fiscal positions, ID validation

Slovak statutory reports

VAT return, VAT control statement and EU sales list with XML export in the tax authority format. Plus balance sheet and profit & loss in the Slovak structure.

VAT + control statement, EU sales list, XML for the tax office

Reports without an Enterprise licence

A reporting engine that replaces the paid accounting reports module in Odoo Community — computation, drill-down, period comparison and export to PDF, XLSX and XML.

Odoo Community, PDF / XLSX / XML, Drill-down

Czech statutory reports

VAT return (DP3), control statement and EU sales list with XML export for the Czech tax authority. Balance sheet and profit & loss in the Czech structure.

VAT (DP3), Control statement, XML for the CZ tax office

Advance invoices

The full workflow: proforma → tax document for the payment received → final invoice deducting the advance. VAT due on the date of payment, account 324. Slovak and Czech versions.

Proforma → tax document, Advance deduction, SK and CZ

Bank statement import

Tatra banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa, VÚB, generic CSV and the Czech ABO format. For ČSOB we connect straight to Business Connector — statements download and payment orders upload on their own.

Tatra / SLSP / VÚB, ABO + CSV, ČSOB Business Connector

Automatic payment matching

Statement lines are matched to invoices by variable and specific symbol, amount and partner. A nightly job reconciles what is certain and prepares the rest for one click.

Match by symbol, Nightly job, Review wizard

Cash receipts

Incoming and outgoing cash documents for cash payments — yearly-reset numbering, amount in words, purpose of payment and signature fields. Printable from the payment or the invoice.

Cash in / out, Amount in words, Yearly numbering

Mutual netting

Offset receivables against payables for the same partner in a single document, with a printable netting agreement.

Receivables × payables, Single document, Printable report

E-invoicing 2027 and Peppol

ORP and VRP, Offline mode, UID + OKP

Slovak payroll

Social and health contributions, progressive income tax, child tax bonus, work agreements, surcharges, 13th and 14th salary. Payslips, annual settlement and statutory reports including XML.

Contributions + tax, Agreements and surcharges, Statutory reports

Czech payroll

Social and health insurance, income tax, payslip and the ELDP record. Sister module to the Slovak payroll, with the same logic and the same printouts.

Contributions and tax, Payslip, ELDP

Manufacturing and warehouse

Capacity planning, a terminal right at the machine, and a warehouse that knows what sits where. Built for companies that make to order, not to stock.

Capacity planning for production

Operators assigned to work centres, with a timeline of work orders. The system will not book one person onto two things at once, and logged time lands straight on the work order.

Work order timeline, Collision protection, Time logging

Shop floor tablet

A touch interface right next to the machine — the operator sees the work queue, starts and finishes an operation and records the quantity produced. No paper travellers, no retyping at the end of the shift.

Touch terminal, Work queue, Quantity produced

Warehouse, dispatch and labels

Custom stock locations with a pivot view of inventory, dispatch verification with a barcode scanner, and label printing straight from a receipt or delivery.

Product configurator

Configure an HPL board product right on the quotation — material, dimensions, parts, operations and price recalculate instantly. The largest module we have built.

Material and dimensions, Live pricing, On the quotation

Batch production of variants

One manufacturing order covering several variants of the same product. Ten colours no longer mean ten orders.

Quality control

Control points on manufacturing orders and receipts, with measurements recorded and an alert when a value drifts out of range. Food and service checks included.

Product lifecycle management

Bill-of-materials versioning and engineering change orders with approval. You can see which version was in production when, and who signed the change off.

Import from furniture software

Projects and bills of materials pulled from Prodboard over its API straight into Odoo, including conversion to the ORDX production format for the machines.

Prodboard API, Bills of materials, ORDX export

Construction and projects

Diary, budget and crew plan all tied to the same job. The site manager writes from a tablet on site; the investor sees only what they should.

Construction site diary

Daily entries with weather recorded automatically, on-site attendance and photo documentation. Photos are marked internal or public, and the public ones show on the investor portal.

Automatic weather, On-site attendance, Investor portal

Budgets and drawdown

Budget import from RTS XML, tied to the job, with drawdown tracked line by line. Amendments and extra work are recorded separately, so the difference against the original budget stays visible.

Crew planning for sites

A weekly planning grid where people are dragged onto sites and stages. Free capacity and who is where tomorrow are visible in one place.

Weekly grid, Assignment to stages, Free capacity

HR and attendance

Attendance captured where people actually are — a tablet on the site or a terminal at the entrance. Hours feed both the payroll input and the project.

Attendance kiosk

Check-in and check-out on a tablet at the site or in the plant, with a webcam photo and a choice of job. Hours feed both the payroll input and the project.

Webcam photo, Job selection, Payroll input

Biometric terminals

ZKTeco terminals (fingerprint and face) feeding attendance straight into Odoo. Handles several terminals at once and employees mapped across locations.

Time off and absence

Leave entitlement per the Labour Code, an approval workflow, and requests from a kiosk for people without a company computer. Balances line up with attendance and payroll.

Shift planning

Shift rosters weeks ahead, showing who has worked how much and where a shift is short. The employee sees their own roster in their profile.

Rosters, Shift coverage, Employee view

Employee appraisals

Review cycles with goals and feedback, self-assessment included. The results live in the system, not in a manager's drawer.

Review cycles, Goals, Feedback

Recruitment

A careers page in your own branding, CVs landing straight in Odoo, and a candidate pipeline from application to start date.

Careers page, Candidate pipeline, CVs in Odoo

Documents and collaboration

Where the paperwork ends and order begins — documents, knowledge and signatures in one place, reachable by the customer too.

Documents (DMS)

Folder structure, versioning and sharing through an interface that behaves like an ordinary file manager. Documents can be attached to a job or a partner.

Folders and versions, Sharing, Linked to jobs

Knowledge base

An internal wiki for procedures, how-tos and everything only one person currently knows. Search across articles, structured per team.

Internal wiki, Procedures, Full-text search

Electronic signature

A signing workflow over PDFs — you send the document, the other side signs in the browser, the system records who and when. No printer, no scanner.

Signing in the browser, Audit record, PDF workflow

Customer portal

Project documentation made available to the customer through a secure link — no account to create. You decide what is visible and what is not.

Secure link, No account needed, Controlled visibility

Flow chart editor

Draw processes and diagrams inside Odoo, stored with the job or project. Useful for describing a production route or an approval path.

Service and customer support

From the request coming in to the technician driving out. The customer sees the status; you see who is on it.

Helpdesk

Tickets with SLAs, assignment to an owner and a customer portal. Mail sent to the service address turns into a ticket by itself.

SLA, Email to ticket, Customer portal

Field service

A mobile interface for technicians — visits planned in a calendar, time logged and photos taken on site, compressed automatically. It runs as its own page, not as full Odoo on a phone.

Mobile interface, Visit planning, On-site photos

Online appointment booking

The customer picks a slot on the web, the system writes it into the calendar and sends a reminder. No phone calls, no double bookings.

Web booking, Calendar, Reminders

Satisfaction feedback

Kiosk rating on the premises — service, food, cleanliness. A couple of taps from the guest, a chart for the manager.

On-site kiosk, A couple of taps, Manager overview

Integrations and communication

Connecting Odoo to what the company already runs — a legacy ERP, the company mailbox, the shop, the phone system and paper bills from suppliers.

Migration from a legacy ERP

Contacts, products, price lists, bills of materials and document history moved from systems such as Helios into Odoo. Through wizards, repeatably, with a report of what did not transfer and why.

Helios and MS SQL, BOMs and price lists, Repeatable run

Mail from Microsoft 365

Mail retrieved over Microsoft Graph with application permissions — no password stored in the mailbox. The module proposes which job the mail belongs to, files attachments into the project folder, and replies go straight from Odoo.

Microsoft Graph, No mailbox password, Attachments on the job

Reading vendor bills

Data extracted automatically from a PDF vendor bill into a draft document — supplier, amounts, dates and lines. The accountant only checks it and posts.

PDF vendor bill, Draft document, No retyping

E-shop integration

A two-way link between the shop and Odoo — orders into the system, produced quantities and stock back out. Deployed on the Upgates platform; another one connects the same way.

Orders into Odoo, Stock to the shop, Two-way

VoIP telephony

Connects a SIP exchange — click to call from the partner record, calls logged and tied to a job or a ticket.

Click to call, Call log, SIP

WhatsApp Business

Messages and notifications over the Meta Cloud API — order confirmation, appointment reminder, a document. Approved templates, history kept in Odoo.

Meta Cloud API, Message templates, History in Odoo

AI in Odoo

AI that works with your data inside Odoo. Both modules run at a client; neither is a demo.

AI assistant in Odoo

A chat inside the system that knows your data — finds a document, explains a setting, prepares a summary. Runs on Gemini or Claude, whichever suits the company.

Gemini or Claude, Knows your data, Inside Odoo

AI agent on WhatsApp

An agent that reads and writes to Odoo over WhatsApp — books a reservation, answers a question, creates a document. It recognises the user by their number and does only what their Odoo permissions allow.

WhatsApp Business API, Reads and writes, Permission-bound

Operations and administration

The things nobody wants to keep in a spreadsheet — management reporting, equipment records, recurring invoices and rentals.

Management dashboards

Reporting for management built on the real data — revenue, cost, occupancy, performance. No export to Excel, no manual assembly.

KPIs for management, On real data, No spreadsheets

The daily menu published, pre-orders taken from guests and companies, distribution handled automatically. The kitchen knows in advance how much to cook.

Points and tiers, Across venues, One account

Which version this runs on

We currently develop for Odoo 19 Community, and some modules also run on Odoo 18. Each module states the version it actually runs on today. If you need a version a module does not cover yet, we will port it on request — and older installations on 16 and 17 we can migrate, including data and custom work.

Frequently asked questions

Which Odoo version do the modules run on?

We currently develop for Odoo 19 Community. Most also run on Odoo 18, and older installations on 16 or 17 we can migrate, custom work included.

Do they work in Odoo Community, or is Enterprise required?

They are written for Community. Our own reporting engine replaces the paid Enterprise accounting reports module, so you pay no licence for the VAT return, control statement or balance sheet.

Do you customise through Studio or in code?

In code, as separate modules. That means a readable change history, testability and — above all — that an upgrade to a newer Odoo is not a rewrite from scratch.

What if I need a module that is not listed?

Most of what is here started exactly that way — from one client's requirement. Tell us what you are solving; we will say what standard Odoo covers, what an existing module covers and what has to be built.

Will you deploy a module into our existing Odoo?

Yes. We deliver the module into your repository or environment, test it on a copy and deploy only once you have approved it.

Need one of these modules?

Tell us what you are solving. We will say what standard Odoo covers, what an existing module covers and what has to be built — with a scope estimate.
